One fine day my sales rep came back and mentioned I got updates from higher management, we are planning to close your house by Aug 2022 at max by Oct 2022, plan accordingly. I was asked to provide the Loan commitment letter in 2 weeks, otherwise Trinity will cancel the contract.

By August 2022 at least HVAC itself not completed. When I signed the Home in Feb 2021, the interest rate was 2.5% now rates rose up to 6.8% which is more than double. Based on what Trinity told, I planned my lease for month on month and end up paying close to $500/month more. Because of these delays, I incurred a loss of more than $100K. From Trinity, I will get one liner statements on progress without any clarity/confirmation.
