The gentleman that we used is no longer there but he was not helpful at all. Our builder was a nice gentleman but there is only so much he could do. Once again, run away as fast as you can and get a professional builder with a good name. I have thought long and hard about the review I am about to write about the construction of my house with Trinity Custom Homes, Ellijay, Ga. I do not want this review to reflect negatively on the building supervisor, David Arnold. If it had not been for the efforts of David Arnold, I would not have been able to close before Christmas.
Bradford, who I worked with on wanting to change up some of the electrical, was also so very easy to communicate with. Colby, we met when we got here and he helped Jason do the final touches to our home. Like I said, from beginning to end, Trinity Classic Homes has been so very easy to work with!!! Thank you again, to Jennifer, Paige, Jason, Bradford, Colby and all others! I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint. Please provide details of $22,521 deposit refund payment, timeline and payment method.

That was the only happy moment, it didn’t took much time for me to realize that I did a biggest mistake in my entire life. Just to complete buyer builder meeting it took more than 4 months and 6 months to setup Design center. In August 2021, had a meeting with VP of Trinity, He explained all the supply chain issues and promised the Home will be closed by May 2022. By May 2022 hardly Framing was completed. One fine day my sales rep came back and mentioned I got updates from higher management, we are planning to close your house by Aug 2022 at max by Oct 2022, plan accordingly. I was asked to provide the Loan commitment letter in 2 weeks, otherwise Trinity will cancel the contract.
By August 2022 at least HVAC itself not completed. When I signed the Home in Feb 2021, the interest rate was 2.5% now rates rose up to 6.8% which is more than double. Based on what Trinity told, I planned my lease for month on month and end up paying close to $500/month more. Because of these delays, I incurred a loss of more than $100K. From Trinity, I will get one liner statements on progress without any clarity/confirmation.

There are pictures proving this fact. During the conversation of problem solving it is true that we spoke of painting the entire ceiling if there was not a color match. Perhaps you should reach out to the original contractor for a manufacturer brand of compound so that it is "a match". Because we do not have his contact information.

I wanted to upgrade the countertops. I finally decided that I would have someone else do the countertops so he just left some items on the punchlist undone. He had included in the price a light fixture that he did not put in. I had wallpaper in the kitchen originally and he included in the price that he would take that down and repaint it. The job he did on that was very unsatisfactory.
They are very good about covering up where they cut corners. Trinity has much of the same quality workmanship in there 400K+ homes as they do in their 150k homes. Very poor respective for Trinity based on all the quality that was sold to me by the sales people.
My special thanks goes to Contractor Dave Arnold, who saw to all the requirements of my new home. Dave Arnold truly went out of his way to make my home the great home that it is. He is very serviceable, and very reliable and highly trustworthy in every respect. I highly recommend him and Trinity Homes to anyone looking to build their dream home.
The entire process until David arrived, had been stalled for a minimum of 5 months total with the construction in limbo. He always knew what was taking place. I was1`, to say the least, very disappointed with the length of time I had to wait for the completion. This cost me extra storage fees, along with charges at closing because of the lengthy process, basically penalizing ME because it took so long.
